The Amazon Kindle 2
E-Book readers are all the rage with the hipsters these days. The latest and greatest starts shipping today from Amazon today too. The Kindle 2 builds on the previous model but adds a better screen and a faster processor which simply results in a better reading experience. This model retains its predecessor's always connected wireless for instant downloads but the new model fits better in the hand. Still, it's not the same thing as curling up with a used paperback.
